My reason for putting Hot House Studio together, originally, was to have a facility to record my own works…largely drum / percussion and drum programming based compositions adding what ever instruments fit the flavor. Most of these sort of gravitate toward ambient, worldbeat jazz and soundtrack pieces. I do, however, love having musicians join me to mix it up and stretch the boundaries with the hope of getting some of it to tape. Having collected drums for some thirty years, the collection has become somewhat extensive....plenty for players and friends to play with at gatherings!
